Counseling and Psychotherapy with a multidisciplinary and holistic approach is provided by Gaia Counselling in Vancouver, to individuals, children, youth and families.
Payment Options
We accept Debit, Credit (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and Contactless payment. Payment is due at the end of each session. Payment for Virtual Counselling Session are to be paid before start of session, we will send payment instructions via email.
We do offer sliding scale, please contact us for more info as spots are limited. In addition, we offer reduced fee for students with valid student id please contact us for details.
Cancellations or rescheduling can be made 48 to 24 hours prior to session time without incurring additional fees. No shows without notice will be charged $100.
Insurance Coverage
Counselling visits are not currently covered under the BC Medical Services Plan. However, some extended benefits plans do offer partial or full coverage. We strongly advise you to check with your employer or insurance provider to see if you are covered. We DO NOT process insurance claims, we will issue a receipt which can be submit to health insurance provider.
