A reflective, depth-oriented space to explore dreams and the inner life they may be inviting you to notice.
Meet online with Registered Clinical Counsellor Priscila Coleff for dream work counselling across Canada.

LISTENING TO THE INNER WORLD
Dream work psychology approaches dreams with curiosity rather than fixed interpretation. Together, we can explore images, emotions, relationships, bodily responses, and personal associations to discover what a dream may be expressing in the context of your life.
Your feelings, memories, and associations matter more than a universal dream dictionary or a predetermined meaning.
A dream can hold tension, contradiction, and possibility. We make room for what is uncertain as well as what feels clear.
Dream imagery can be explored alongside relationships, life transitions, recurring patterns, creativity, and questions of meaning.
EXPLORING DREAMS IN COUNSELLING
You do not need to remember every detail or arrive with an interpretation. A fragment, feeling, recurring image, or lingering question can be enough place to begin.
Explore dreams, nightmares, symbols, or emotional themes that continue to return or remain with you after waking.
Listen for how dreams may reflect change, conflict, grief, identity, relationships, creativity, or choices that are asking for attention.
Develop a more attentive relationship with imagination, emotion, intuition, and less conscious aspects of your experience.
You can bring a full dream, a fragment, an image, a feeling, or simply your curiosity. Writing it down beforehand can help, but it is not required.
We attend to the dream’s images and emotions together, guided by your associations, history, body responses, and current life context.
Dream work can become part of ongoing counselling, helping patterns and possibilities unfold at a pace that respects you.

YOUR DREAM WORK COUNSELLOR
Priscila offers depth-oriented dream work counselling for adults across Canada. Her collaborative approach welcomes dreams, imagery, emotion, body awareness, relationship patterns, life transitions, and questions of meaning without imposing a single interpretation.
Dream work at Gaia does not rely on fixed symbol definitions or tell you what a dream must mean. Your personal associations, culture, relationships, history, and present circumstances shape the exploration.
Dreams may offer meaningful psychological material, but they are not treated as predictions, diagnoses, or instructions. You remain the authority on your experience and decide what feels useful to carry forward.
Dream work psychology is a depth-oriented way of exploring dreams in counselling. Rather than using a universal dream dictionary, sessions attend to your images, emotions, memories, body responses, and personal associations in the context of your life.
Dream work is collaborative. Priscila may offer questions, reflections, or possibilities, but she will not impose one correct interpretation. Your own associations and felt sense remain central.
A fragment, image, emotion, or bodily feeling can be enough to begin. You do not need a complete written dream or a clear idea of what it means.

Nightmares and disturbing dreams can be explored carefully in counselling, with attention to your safety, pace, and emotional responses. Dream work is not an emergency or crisis service and does not replace medical assessment when one is needed.
No. Gaia provides online counselling to clients across Canada. However, insurance reimbursement for sessions is generally available only to residents of British Columbia. Always check directly with your insurance provider to confirm your eligibility and coverage before booking.
