Resources for the inner journey

Free resources include community circles and a curated reading list. Free online integration circles

One of the most important things you can do after a powerful inner experience is talk about it — in a space where people understand what you mean. Our monthly integration circles offer exactly that.

Each circle is a small, facilitated group session held online via secure video — open to anyone navigating integration, regardless of whether you’re a current client. We follow a loose structure: brief check-in, optional sharing, and reflection. Nothing is required, nothing is pressured.

cost

Free. Optional donation welcomed to support facilitation costs.
